We are hiring for the opening shift 3 days a week! (Days may vary) 7-9am with the opportunity for subbing!

Responsibilities:
Greeting parents/handover
Helping with breakfast
Playing with kiddos!

Requirements: (will train the right canidate)
Must submit a background check
Maine mandated reporter training
CPR/First aid certificate

Pay: $16/hr

Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Whether you need consistent weekend care or just an occasional helping hand, we've got you covered!

Hiring!! Summer is coming to an end and that means our amazing high schoolers are headed back to school. That means we need to add some more lovely people to the team!!

At Maritime Munchkins, 63 Dublin Street, suite 1 & 3, Machias
Flexible Schedules available! A few shifts we're looking to fill immediately -
7-9am & 830am-430pm/3-4 days a week
Substitutes!
Pay: $16/hour starting, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in a safe, nurturing environment
Manage daily routines, educational activities, and play.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe space
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff

Requirements:
Experience working with children (paid or volunteer) is a plus!
Must be registered on the Maine Roads to Quality (MRTQ) registry or willing to do so upon hire
Must pass a background check
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualities:
Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic
Good communication and teamwork skills
Interest in early childhood education and care
