I hope everyone who’s interested in homeschooling or is considering it in the future can find the time to attend this open house! It’s a great chance for us to gather and talk about different opportunities in the area. It will also be a chance to ask questions and address any concerns you may have! Back to Homeschool Picnic 😂
At Roque Bluffs on August 21st

Bring your own picnic lunch or snacks if you want! We’ll have a scavenger hunt for all ages and wiffleball and volleyball. We’ll gather on the lake side for the picnic.
This will be a chance to meet other homeschoolers and possibly connect with like minded families and similar age groups! Hope you can make it!! 🏐🍪🥪🍉☀️🏊🏻‍♂️

For Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Campobello Island and Downeast Maine provided a needed escape from the hectic pace of his day-to-day life. Here FDR was able to take to the water or wooded trails and shed the mantle of the U.S. presidency for a brief moment. He called Campobello his “beloved island.”
The educational staff of Roosevelt Campobello International Park will present the story of FDR’s life both here and in his larger political sphere during a special program Sunday, August 25, at 2 p.m. at EAC. Admission is free; donations will be gratefully accepted and used to sustain programs like these. Please come to hear more about FDR’s remarkable life.
