One year ago today, Lili joined the A&M Inc. team, and what an incredible year it’s been.
From the very beginning, she brought kindness, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn. Over the past year we’ve watched her confidence grow behind the chair, her technical skills continue to level up, and most importantly, we’ve watched her become one of the biggest ambassadors of the culture we’re working so hard to build. Which is why she now holds the title and leadership position of “Culture Ambassador”—helping create the welcoming, supportive environment our team and guests experience every day. At A&M Inc., we believe beautiful hair starts long before the first haircut. It starts with making people feel seen, heard, respected, and cared for.
That is exactly who Lili is.
