💚 CENTRAL ELEMENTARY K-4 STUDENT SHIRTS ARE HERE! 💚

Campus Events will be starting soon, and you don't want your Central kiddo to miss out on this year's student shirt!

These shirts are designed to go with us all year long—field trips, Field Day, class events, campus celebrations, and wherever else the year takes us! Each classroom will have its own bright shirt color, with the same vintage Central design. 💚

We've worked hard to keep these shirts affordable because we'd LOVE to see every Central kid in one! There's also a Pay It Forward option if you'd like to purchase a shirt for a Central student who may need one. ❤️

✨ GOAL ACHIEVED! ✨

Last spring, we set a goal to raise funds to make our cafeteria a more welcoming, inspiring space for our students and visitors—and HERE is the evidence that giving to our school makes a BIG difference! 💚

We could not be happier with how our newly painted cafeteria turned out!

Local artist Britney Samford spent countless hours bringing this space to life with a beautiful mural featuring timeless, inspiring words that embody who we are at Central Elementary—and who we continually strive to be.

This is so much more than fresh paint on the walls. It’s a space where our kids gather every single day—a place to connect, laugh, recharge, and feel like they belong. Now, it looks and feels a little more like Central. 💚

To everyone who gave, supported, donated, and helped us reach this goal: LOOK WHAT YOU DID! Your generosity made a visible, lasting difference for our kids and our school.

We are so proud of this space, and even more grateful for a community that continues to invest in our kids.

The first week is officially in the books—and what a week it was!

We learned new routines, made new friends, found our classrooms, shared lots of smiles, and got right to work making Central feel like home again. 💚

There is nothing better than seeing our halls full, our classrooms busy, and our Panthers right where they belong.

School is back. Our kids are back. And the Land of the Panther is ALIVE again! 🐾💚

Our lines and lanes are designed to move a LOT of cars efficiently—and today was proof that when we stay in our lanes, follow the system, and work together, IT WORKS!

And because we’re keeping score… 😉
Only THREE cars jumped a line today! 😂 We’ll call that progress!

Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and willingness to help us get better every day. Keep staying in your lane—literally—and we’ll keep getting those Panthers loaded and headed home! 🐾💚

🚗💚 CENTRAL CAR LINE — WE NEED YOUR HELP! 💚🚗

Central families, we know yesterday’s first-day afternoon car line took a little longer than anyone would have liked! Thank you for hanging in there with us!

Please know that our team is working as quickly AND safely as possible inside the building to get your child dismissed, out to you, and loaded into your car. As we settle into our routine, it WILL get faster! 🙌

Today, we’re asking for your patience AND cooperation! Here are a few ways YOU can help us keep the Central Car Line moving as efficiently as possible:

🚙 When entering the parking lot from Highway 175:

⬅️ Choose the LEFT/OUTSIDE lane (closest to the neighborhood)
➡️ You will be directed into Lanes 1 or 2

➡️ Choose the RIGHT/INSIDE lane (closest to the school)
➡️ You will be directed into Lanes 3, 4, or 5

⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT CROSS THE SOLID WHITE LINE TO CHANGE LANES.
Once you choose your entrance lane, stay in that lane and follow it into the designated car line.

🚦 As we direct traffic:
We will allow 8 cars from one lane at a time to move forward toward the pickup zone. Please wait until a staff member directs your lane to move.

💚 Your part matters! Staying in your lane, following staff directions, and being patient with the process helps us move hundreds of Panthers safely and efficiently.

Our number one priority will ALWAYS be getting every child to the correct car safely. Speed will come as our students, staff, and families learn the routine!
