I’m absolutely TERRIBLE at making good videos that capture the Hallmark movie vibe of Market St in Mabank, but what I can tell you that my video may not show:

You WILL meet a friendly face.
You WILL find something fun you didn’t know you were even looking for.

Guess what? Music lessons often become so much more than just teaching music. When a student learns to do something they never imagined they could do, they just discovered the power of belief. We were discussing pedal technique this morning, because he was struggling to coordinate his foot, hand and ear at the same time. We pulled it back to the basics of simple chords, and once that started to gel, he added in his Major 7th chords, and from that, he made it to this, all in a 30-min lesson. Music has no age limit, and the one-on-one time with a private teacher has no boundary. YouTube might be free, but it simply cannot problem solve in real time. Sign up for the private lessons.
