Hi, Iโ€™m Shannon! Iโ€™m so excited to begin this journey as a classroom teacher at the Vine and Branch academy and to have the opportunity to be a part of your little oneโ€™s early years. I am a proud mother of three, and being a mom has taught me just how important it is for children to feel loved, safe, valued, and encouraged.

My heart is to create a classroom where every child feels that they belong, while giving them the freedom to explore, learn, create, and grow at their own pace. I believe that even the smallest moments can make a big impact on a childโ€™s life.

As a teacher, I hope to inspire curiosity, kindness, confidence, and a love for learning. Most importantly, I want each child in my care to know that they are held, accepted, respected and loved every single day. Iโ€™m looking forward to growing, learning, and making sweet memories with your little ones!

First week of Pre-K dump ๐ŸŽโœ๏ธโค๏ธ

And just like that, week ONE is in the books! ๐Ÿฅน Weโ€™ve learned new routines, made new friends, read stories, sang LOTS of songs, created little masterpieces, played hard, laughed even harder, and already learned so much.
There may have been a little bit of chaos mixed in there tooโ€ฆ but thatโ€™s Pre-K. ๐Ÿคฃ

Mrs. Foster & Mrs. Kennison are SO proud of our kiddos and how well theyโ€™ve handled their first week. Weโ€™re already seeing their little personalities come out, and we have a feeling this is going to be such a special year. โค๏ธ

We had such a great turnout for our Pre-K Open House, and we loved getting to welcome our students and families into the classroom! Seeing those sweet little faces exploring their new space made us even more excited for the year ahead.
