🌎 Hands-on history in AP World!

Students explored the Columbian Exchange by researching what moved between the Eastern and Western Hemispheres and analyzing the positive and negative effects those exchanges had on populations, economies, cultures, and the environment.

Then they brought their research to life by creating Play-Doh models of their exchanges and defending whether their item had an overall positive or negative impact on the world. A little creativity + a lot of historical thinking! 🌎📚
