We’ve officially raised more than $19,000 for Jogathon, and Principal Hernandez’s hair is starting to get a little nervous. 😬

But we need to hit $35,000 to unlock his brand-new hairstyle. Shaved? Dyed? How will we decide?

Remember, here are the school incentives:
· $20,000 schoolwide: Kona Ice for students
· $25,000 schoolwide: Free Dress Day
· $30,000 schoolwide: Free Dress Day with Uggs & Crocs
· $35,000 schoolwide: Shave the principal’s hair or dye it a Seahawks color

We have our first raffle winner! Congratulations to Jenna! 🎉👏

Every Jogathon donation made to a student went into a glass jar for our raffle. With more than 230 individual donations, students had a chance to have their names entered multiple times. (10 donations = 10 entries!) 🙌

Our next raffle is Monday afternoon, so get those donations in!

Each fall, we come together as a school community for our first Mass of the school year and a special blessing of the backpacks. 🎒🙏

It's a simple tradition with a big meaning: no student walks into a new school year alone. They're surrounded by a faith community that knows them, loves them, and believes in the great things they'll do.

Here's to a year full of learning, growing, friendship, faith, and discovering all that God has in store. ✨

How many hours will your child spend at school between PK and 8th grade?

Most parents guess low.

More than 11,000.

On a school day, a child is awake about 14 hours. We have them for six and a half of those.

Nearly half their waking life.

So the question was never whether school shapes a child. It does.
The only question is what we do with 11,000 hours.

Some schools spend them covering material.

We made a different promise.

We know, love, and prepare each child for life while striving for Heaven.

Knowing comes first.

What makes this kid laugh.
What they do when they get frustrated.
Who they sit with at lunch.

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you." (Jeremiah 1:5)

Loving comes second, because it depends on the first. You cannot love a child you never bothered to learn.

Preparing comes last, and it lands on a child who already feels known.

Today was our first day back. Some walked in ready. Some walked in nervous.

Eleven thousand hours start now.

A Summer of Sports. A Season to Celebrate. 🔥

While the world is celebrating the World Cup, we’re taking a moment to celebrate our own St. Thomas More athletes!

Congratulations to our 3rd grade girls' basketball team for an incredible season filled with teamwork, perseverance, and Phoenix spirit. We are so proud of the dedication and heart they brought to the court.
