🎓 Congratulations to our Spring Quarter degree graduates! Last week’s Baking Capstone Reception was a delicious success, made even sweeter by graduating student Emily and her quartet, It Could Be Worse Quartet, who treated guests to a couple of wonderful performances.

Today, our Baking & Pastry Arts students had the opportunity to learn the art of 6-strand braiding from alumna and Sea Wolf Bakers standout, Emma! Thank you for sharing your talent and expertise with the next generation of bakers. 💚

That's a wrap on Pastry Corner for the year and our students ended with a bang!

These beautiful and delicious breads were made by our talented second quarter students and got snapped up quickly by some lucky customers.

We will see you in September! 🙌

Pastry Corner is open 3 more days: 6/4, 6/9, 6/10 and there may even be some screaming deals. 📣 Located inside the .collegecafe in Brier 105.

The quarter is rapidly coming to a close and we only have four more Pastry Corner days to be open: 6/2, 3, 4, 9. Our students will be making lots of delicious products to finish the year strong!

Our first quarter students got a fun lesson in royal icing decorating, which means our customers will get a delicious treat at Pastry Corner! 🌸

Pastry Corner will be open Wednesday, May 20 at 11am and will reopen next Wednesday, May 27 at 11am. Find us in Brier 105, inside the College Cafe.

This quarter's Baking and Pastry Arts grads are working hard on their final projects and signature menus. All will be revealed at the Capstone Reception Open House on June 10.
