Bud to Blossom has decided to close our doors for the unforeseeable future. As long as we all do our part and quarantine as much as possible, hopefully we'll be back and fully operational again soon! We treasure our families and our students and we will miss them all dearly. Sending our love and well wishes to the community!
Bud to Blossom Preschool
We are a play and literacy based preschool located in the Lynnwood/Bothell area of Washington.
It's that time of year to start enrolling your kids for preschool for the 2018-2019 school year! It really sneaks up on you :) Please let us know if you'd like to come tour our preschool! We have a couple of spots left in our 4-5 year old class and several in our 3-4 year old class.
Summer Camps:
We will be offering 4 weeks of summer camp this year. They will be open to ages 3-6, so feel free to sign siblings up. We will be doing a variety of crafts, activities, songs, and games that center around a theme. We will have lunch around noon every day of the week (packed and sent to school with child). Each camp day will be from 9 am – 1 pm every day of the designated week and will cost $150/week. Please let us know if you would like to sign up for one or more of these camps – and feel free to let your friends know.
Underwater Fun : July 10-14
This week we will explore different bodies of water – Oceans, Lakes, Rivers, Ponds, etc. and what is inside them. We will conduct a science experiment to understand how sharks can float, make our own ocean slime, and explore the layers of the ocean.
Princesses & Knights – Medieval Fun: July 24-28
This week we will be traveling back to medieval times! Students will get to explore the life of princesses and knights of the round table. We will be making our own shields, wands or swords, and doing a catapult activity with a fire breathing dragon craft.
Bugs: August 7-August 11
This week we will be learning about bugs! Students will build their own bugs, make marshmallow ants, and do some spider races along with a lot of other games, songs, books & crafts related to bugs. They will get to interact with some real bugs and learn about the life cycle of a butterfly.
Dinosaurs: August 14-18
This week is all about dinosaurs! We will be learning about the majestic creatures who roamed the earth long before us. Students will be digging for dinosaur bones, creating their own fossils, hatching their own dinosaurs, and many more crafts!
We have decided to open up our Monday/Wednesday class for open enrollment. We are going to keep our introductory year pricing -- $200/month/2 days a week, $300/month/3 days a week -- contact us if you're interested!
Our Tuesday/Thursday class is full! We are so excited for this school year with so many of you! If you are still interested in attending Bud to Blossom, go ahead and put your name on a waiting list and once we have enough interest for a Mon/Wed class, we will start it as well :)
