I appreciate our local elected officials taking a stand against Initiative-638! Not in our state!

The fact is, Washington sports physical forms and sports eligibility forms do not require children to be ge***ally inspected or s*x certified. I-638 will change that. This harmful ballot measure will institute a new, strict requirement that all girls be s*x inspected.

Councilmember Sam Doyle-Mountlake Terrace writes in the Everett Herald about how this discriminatory initiative targets our daughters.

Vote NO on I-638 this November.

🚨 TAKE ACTION NOW! Our students and educators in special education need our support. In Washington state, 253 school districts use IEPOnline to manage individualized education plans (IEPs) for students served in special education. The latest version of the program 3.0 FAILED and the operators (Public Consulting Group) and our Education Service District Superintendents (board members of WSIPC) refuse to address and rectify the problem! This is creating a massive workload burden for special education educators and will disrupt services for students served through special education. Tell our legislators and the Superintendents of our ESDs to intervene and solve this problem NOW!

I-638 is the most extreme MAGA measure of its kind in the country because it targets girls with invasive ge***al exams.

“It’s horrifying that [my granddaughter] would be required to undergo an inspection of her private parts, exposing the areas of her body we teach kids to protect, just to play tee-ball or soccer," writes Katie Johnson, a retired school nurse, in Everett Herald.
