This is the last week of school for the Class of 2026!
Some of these students have been at St. Pius V School since PreK! They spent their final year at St. Pius serving as true role models for our student body - working hard in their classes, assisting with school events like Fun Day, inspiring students and faculty with their heartfelt presentation of the Living Stations this spring, and volunteering to serve the community at My Brother's Table.
They have lots of fun activities planned this week, including a field trip, time with their buddies, one final school liturgy, a luau, and concluding with their graduation ceremony on Friday. We look forward to celebrating this amazing group!

Our school has been honoring Mary throughout the month of May with prayer at our rosary garden and beautiful student projects.
Second graders created colorful images of Mary with floral crowns, while fifth graders designed handmade devotional prayer accordion books featuring religious artwork and prayers.
We’re so proud of our students’ creativity and faith!

The kindergarten has been observing the life cycle of the butterfly from caterpillar, to chrysalis, to the beautiful, symmetrical Painted Lady butterfly. They observed how the proboscis is used to collect nectar, and they compared it to the structure and working of a party noisemaker. Today, they released the butterflies!

What a beautiful day for our annual Jogathon!! Students gave great effort to run and raise money for our school! Thank you to our student runners, their sponsors, and to the parents and siblings who came to cheer them on and help volunteer to make this event a success!
The money raised during this event will help fund enrichment programs, field trip expenses, and more for next year. We are about 75% of the way to our $10,000 goal, and there is still time to sponsor a student and help us meet that goal! You can search for a specific student to sponsor with your donation or make a general donation to the school at app.99pledges.com/fund/2026stpius through next Friday June 5th!
Thank you so much for supporting our school and students!! 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏼🏃🏿♂️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏾

We were proud to celebrate 8th grader Camilla today as she was honored as a Rotary Student of the Month!
Camilla is an outstanding student and a natural leader whose kindness and generosity inspire everyone around her. As a dedicated member of the Student Council, she helps organize activities that bring students together and foster unity in our school community.
What stands out most about Camilla is her genuine commitment to helping her classmates succeed. She consistently encourages her peers to participate and contribute, all while maintaining excellent academic work and a positive attitude. Camilla embodies our school motto of “Do Your Best and Be Kind to Others” through her hard work, compassion, and leadership.
We know Camilla will continue to make a positive impact at her high school next year. Thank you, Camilla, for all that you do for our school community!

We always love hearing how well our alumni are doing!
St. Mary's Lynn just published their annual magazine at www.stmaryslynn.com/about/st-marys-magazine, spotlighting three St. Pius graduates, and we could not be prouder!
Kenny Justine (SPV Class of '22) won his school's chess tournament and earned early acceptance to Northeastern University. Emily Le (SPV Class of '22) was selected as an editor of her school newspaper and wrote a moving piece inspired by her school's trip to Poland. And Amy Tran (SPV Class of '23) has made her own mark as a writer and assistant editor for the Tremont Tribune, telling the stories of her school community.
We wish these students, and all our alumni, all the best in the years ahead!
