Hello Hood Families
I just want to make everyone aware that there is a new state mandate requiring students to have a flu vaccine. Proof of vaccine must be provided by December 31, 2020 1st in order for future in person learning to resume. If your child has already received a flu shot please forward proof to me either by dropping it off at Hood or you can forward through Schoology or by email at [email protected].
In order to help parents the LPS has joined with CVS to provide student flu clinics in Lynn. Information about these clinics can be found on the LPS website and on the Hood Schoology page. Appointments are required.
If any parent would like help making an appointment please reach out to me at 781-477-7389 and I can assist you in getting an appointment.
Stay safe and healthy
