STEAM Night 2026🔭🌿🔬🎼🎨 Washington had a fun filled night of hands on learning, exhibits, community, resources & fun! Thank you to our students & families and all our wonderful volunteers for an amazing night!

Thank you to Cambridge Savings Bank for joining our 1st graders for their “Teach Children to Save” Program💵 Students learned the importance of earning and saving money and went home with their very own piggy bank🏦

Washington students ventured to Lynn Woods with Kestrel Educational Adventures for some hands on learning🦎🪵🪱🪰Students learned about vernal pools, life cycles and identified animals in their natural habitat🌿

Washington welcomed School Committee Member Lenny Pena and Councilor at Large & Washington Alumni Nicole McClain to speak to our second graders about the city wide Earth Day Poster Contest! Students talked about recycling, littering and helpful ways to keep our city clean♻️🚯🗑️
