🇮🇹✈️ NWFA Airlines – Destination: Italy! ✈️🇮🇹

Our Summer Travelers have officially completed their second stop on our Journey Around the World Through Books, and what an incredible adventure it has been!

This week, our travelers explored the beautiful country of Italy, learning about its geography, landmarks, traditions, culture, language, and famous contributions to the world. Through stories, activities, crafts, and hands-on learning, our students discovered what makes Italy such a special destination.

One of the highlights of the week was becoming Italian chefs for the day! 🍕👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 Students made homemade pizzas completely from scratch, learning about traditional Italian foods while practicing important cooking and teamwork skills. We also cooled off with delicious gelato and sorbetto tastings, giving our travelers a true taste of Italy!

Watching our students learn through exploration, creativity, and hands-on experiences has been such a joy. They are not only discovering new countries and cultures but also building friendships, confidence, and a love of learning along the way.

🌎✈️ NWFA Airlines Summer Travelers Program – Destination #1: Mexico! 🇲🇽

What an incredible first week of adventure at NWFA Airlines! Our young travelers stamped their passports and took off on a journey to explore the beautiful country of Mexico.

Throughout the week, students learned about Mexico’s geography, landmarks, traditions, language, music, and culture. We discovered fascinating facts about the people and places that make Mexico so unique while traveling through books, hands-on activities, and interactive lessons.
One of our favorite experiences was becoming junior chefs and making homemade salsa from scratch! 🌶️🍅 Students learned about traditional Mexican ingredients, practiced following a recipe, and enjoyed tasting the delicious results of their hard work.
From exploring ancient pyramids to learning about Mexican culture and cuisine, our travelers have had an amazing time while building knowledge, confidence, and friendships along the way.
We are so proud of our world travelers and can’t wait to see where our next destination takes us! 🌍🧳📚
