Join us for an incredible school-closing sale at The Orchard Center in Lynn Haven! The sale will be Monday July 8th through Thursday July 11th, from 9 AM until 3 PM. We will have many items such as curriculum, desks, arts/crafts and more.

While we are sad about the closing of our beloved school, we are excited for the journey of Orchard ABA and the families that we are able to assist. Orchard ABA is looking to hire a few more smiling faces to assist us in making a difference in the lives of many children. Our team is one of a kind. We are currently paying $19/hour for RBTs and pay varies for BCBAs. If you are curious on what these titles mean, see below. 🎉

Registered behavior technicians (RBTs) work under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services to clients. They assist in the implementation of behavior intervention plans, collect data on client progress, and communicate with families and caregivers. RBTs are required to have completed a 40-hour training program, passed a competency assessment, and maintain ongoing supervision and continuing education requirements. 📝

Board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) are responsible for designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments and evaluations, and supervising RBTs. They also communicate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care. BCBAs must hold a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field, complete supervised experience hours, and pass a certification exam. 📈
