Spring Break is here! School will be closed from April 6th-10th! We hope that all of our Eaglet Families will have a safe, relaxing, and fun filled week off!

Due to the forecasted severe weather, Monday, March 16th will be a remote learning day for LCS. Please make sure to check your child's ClassDojo for more information.

School Nutrition will provide meals from 9:00-10:30 am at EC Glass (auditorium entrance) or Heritage High School (front entrance).

February is School Board Appreciation month. Our little eaglets made snack nests for each member of the board. They also voted on 3 snacks and 1 drink to fill their nest. Special thank you to our community partner and neighbor, Westover Dairy for donating the clean milk jugs! Thank you LCS School Board for all you do to make our eaglet nest a happy and safe place to learn!

We sure surprised our beloved Mrs. Duncan today! Congratulations on being named our Support Person of the Year! We love you so very much!

So many exciting things happening at the nest to celebrate Black History Month. Today Ms. Sheron from the Kuumba Dance Ensemble taught our Eaglets how to chant while playing real drums! We danced, we sang, and we played on the drums all day!
