Jackson Raditz ’28 studied abroad in Spain this summer, but some of his most memorable experiences happened outside the classroom.

“The most valuable thing I learned was how to travel solo,” he said. “Traveling by myself, arranging flights and train rides, and having the freedom to explore gave me confidence. This was all practical because I want to travel the world one day."

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our alumni, friends and supporters, we just finished our strongest fundraising year in a decade.

More than $12.9 million in gifts will help fund scholarships, expand hands-on learning opportunities, strengthen student wellness, enhance academic spaces and ensure every student has the support they need to thrive. 💛

More than $12.9 million was raised across all funds, along with commitments of nearly $2.2 million in Congressionally Directed Spending and GO Virginia State funding.
