Some enjoying !
We're a little over a month away until our five year reunion! Who's bought tailgate spots, registered for the reunion brunch and are planning to go to our class event at The Water Dog on Saturday October 20th at 7PM?! Let your classmates know in the comments!
Hey Class of 2013! Geralyn Gulino here. I spoke with employees from the Alumni Office this afternoon & am so excited about our upcoming five year reunion-- we're four months away! Look in your mailboxes for a physical copy of the homecoming events and please do not forget to register for homecoming so they know you're coming! During the day Saturday we will be tailgating-- if you plan on attending that, please comment on this post so we can coordinate buying spots/getting those spots next to each other so our class can be together! It is $75 a spot. For Saturday night, our class is planning to go to The Water Dog, an awesome bar in downtown Lynchburg. Our reunion/homecoming is the same as Liberty's homecoming (yikes) so make sure to reserve your hotels ASAP! Please share the post with friends--- so excited!

Dear Class of 2013,
As our time here comes to an end we have a ton of fun events to look forward to. One of those events is the Candlelight Ceremony that is an LC tradition and happens the night before graduation. It highlights our time at LC and invites our families to understand what makes Lynchburg College such an amazing place. That being said one lucky graduating senior will have a chance to stand up at the ceremony and talk about their time here at LC, the experience they had, and how LC has changed them. It is about a 5 minute speech (aka 4 pages double spaced) and is a wonderful way to share your experience. Of course we would love to have all the seniors share their experiences here at LC but time is limited so we are forced to choose only one. If you would like to be that speaker please send your speech to me at [email protected] by Monday April 22nd at midnight. Your speech will then be reviewed by a committee and the winner will be notified by Friday April 26th. I hope you all have a wonderful day, and are looking forward to the fun activities we have planned for the rest of our time here!
Sincerely,
Caroline Bailey
