Same-sex marriage has been legalized in one more state.This means that currently 37 states allow equal rights for all and the number is continuing to grow. Let us support the love of members from the LGBT community and remember that they too are humans and deserve happiness.

Hey everyone! Hopefully your semester is off to a great start. If you guys can fill out this poll so we can figure out meeting times for this semester it would be greatly appreciated. The slots are set up by hour but most meetings only last 30 minutes.

This video is really powerful and everyone should take a moment to watch it.
The masks in the video reference to the metaphorical masks people use in everyday life. Almost everyone tries to hide behind a mask, in order to fit in. This is especially common when people are younger. People are categorized by the groups/cliques they join and are also even categorized by things they cannot control, such as ethnicity. The group never truly represents the individual but represents what people think they should be. We also are afraid to leave our groups because it goes against the social norms.
The teacher is mask-less because through maturity and experience many people do realize the useless of masking. The working world is nothing like high school or college. When you mature, you realize that in the end we are all the same and we are human. We do not have to fake who we are in order to be accepted.
When you watch this, please realize there is more to us than what people see and it is okay to be different. We are more than the masks we put on.
