Dynamic Aviation - Aerial Adulticide Mosquito Spray Pilot
Location: Sarasota, FL
Job Purpose:
The role exists to operate as Pilot in Command for the Aerial Application segment and/or other segments. Non flying duties include aircraft and ground based system maintenance or administrative tasks as needed.
Duties:
Perform all duties and responsibilities of Pilot in Command (PIC).
Become familiar with the mission requirements and, in conjunction with the customer, plan the application for the mission, using Guia, AIMMS and other mission specific equipment.
Communicate effectively and routinely with customer, SOC, and manager. Customer communication includes crew rotation plans, crew rest, maintenance requirements, and weather outlook considerations.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and on the job training to First Officers.
Provide safe, precise flying for customer operations.
Consistently demonstrate an attitude of willingness by focusing on meeting/exceeding customer needs.
Obtain and maintain appropriate state licensing for AA operational needs.
Work proactively with AA manager to plan efficient operations.
Assist with maintaining the aircraft in accordance with FAA and company standards along with AA dispersal and ground based systems as needed.
Support AA manager with help on non-flying/maintenance duties e.g. licensing, CAPs, etc.
Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports (maintenance records, timesheets, etc.) on time.
Available to perform flight duties for other company segments if needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Possess at least an FAA Commercial Multiengine Certificate with Instrument Rating
Possess at least a 2nd class medical
Possess a minimum of 1200 hours total time, with 100 hours in type
A&P certificate, with 2-3 years’ experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Currently licensed appropriately for pesticide/agricultural operator in public health/aerial applications.
Experience with Microsoft products, AgNav and/or other GPS guidance for aerial applications.
ULV mosquito and other low level aerial ag operations experience.
In depth experience dealing with FAA as liaison.

Dynamic Aviation - Fire Management Pilot
Location: No relocation necessary
Job Description: The Fire Management Pilot supports the Fire Management department and the customer by providing safe and professional short notice on-demand aerial firefighting flight operations in Beechcraft King Air 90 aircraft.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform all duties and responsibilities of Pilot and Command (PIC)
Conduct short notice on-demand aerial firefighting flights in based out of various bases dependent upon national firefighting needs
Conduct on-demand repositioning flights
Conduct flight operations in accordance with Part 135 regulations, operations specifications, and Dynamic operating procedures and policies
Conduct flights primarily in single pilot operations and some two pilot operations
Conduct flight checks after maintenance or for reliability purposes
Conduct and manage operations in a remote environment while conforming to rules and procedures.
Manage necessary work in a manner that integrates with duty and rest requirements in order to provide for the safest operation and the least amount of disruption to operations
Become familiar with the mission requirements and determine, in conjunctions with customer, a plan for the ex*****on of the mission
Work as a team with Field Technical Representatives and the customer to achieve the common goal while meeting or exceeding customer expectations
Execute occasional scheduled or on-call flight operations outside of normal duties to include potentially long-term flight assignments for the purpose of supporting company operations
Perform necessary ground duties to include training, reports and other paperwork, regulatory requirements, and aircraft maintenance
Job Requirements:
High level of integrity, honesty, and humility
Commercial Pilot or ATP Multi-engine (unrestricted) certificate with instrument rating
Willingness and ability to obtain an ATP certificate in the future
The following minimum qualifications:
Experience and qualifications listed in Part 135.243 PIC under IFR
1500 hours total time with at least 1200 PIC hours in an airplane
200 PIC hours Aircraft Multi-Engine Land (AMEL)
100 PIC hours in Aircraft (fixed-wing) in preceding 12 months
200 PIC hours flying over mountainous terrain as defined by AIM 5-6-5 or other similar terrain
Second class medical certificate with ability to obtain and maintain a first class medical certificate
Ability to travel and make travel arrangements on short notice for movement from one fire location to another
Ability to be issued an Interagency Pilot Qualification Card (i.e. pass the pilot carding process)
Ability to work self-directed or closely with a team
Ability to prioritize multiple assigned duties
Ability to demonstrate exemplary performance as a professional aviator

Dynamic Aviation - Oil Spill Response Pilot
Location: Concord, California
Job Description: Dynamic Aviation has strategically placed several oil spill response bases across the United States for responding to oil spills in US territorial waters for Marine Spill Response Corporation. Each base has three pilots and one King Air aircraft that provide 24 hour support, 365 days per year. The OSR pilot/mechanic role exists to provide safe and efficient operation of the aircraft which could be activated to respond to a spill anywhere across the United States. The aircraft and two pilot crew must be airborne within three hours of a customer activation for an oil spill or quality assurance drill.
Job Responsibilities:
Available and prepared to fly except during agreed time off (coordinated with the base’s other two pilots' schedules and with management approval) and complete other duties as assigned
Work at the hangar as needed (usually two days per week, on rare occasions more) to complete the weekly 1-2 hour training flight, aircraft maintenance and related paperwork, equipment maintenance, spray system maintenance and calibration, aircraft and engine washing, base inventories, parts ordering, facility maintenance and other general ground support duties
Trained for low altitude over water spraying (75’ ASL), spotting (directing C-130 aircraft where to spray), observing (oil spill reporting) and aerial tracking (directing oil cleanup vessels)
Trained to load dispersant by loading water for the monthly low altitude practice spray flight
Maintain landing and instrument currency by participating on weekly training flights
Able to be away from home to respond to an oil spill for at least one month at a time (on average expect to respond to one oil spill every ten years)
Assist other Dynamic business segments as assigned or requested to gain additional flight and maintenance experience (some pilots spend 2-4 weeks per year on other company projects, more is sometimes available if requested)
Job Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
FAA A&P certificate required
Must possess Commercial / Multi / Instrument ratings and a second class medical
Flexibility and willingness to fit into a challenging schedule to meet the demands of a 24/7 operation and be able to rotate into other Dynamic Aviation segments.
Ability to operate in a two pilot crew
Flight hour requirements:
Captains: 1500 total time, 200 multi-turbine, 50 instrument, 100-PIC King Air 90
First Officers: 500 total time, 50 multi-turbine, 20 instrument
Reside within 30 miles of the airport or be able to be at the airport within one hour of a call-out
Must be able to pass a Personnel Security and Background Check. The Client excludes from consideration individuals convicted of certain criminal offenses, including, but not limited to, DUI convictions.

Communicate effectively and routinely with customer, SOC, and manager. Ensure manager is informed of potential issues with the customer, aircraft, weather, or other issues that may compromise mission accomplishment. Customer communication includes crew rotation plans, crew rest, maintenance requirements, and weather outlook considerations.
Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports (maintenance records, timesheets, etc.) on time
Maintain the aircraft in accordance with 14CFR and company policy
Job Requirements:
Technical background that can be obtained by any of the following:
Possess at least an FAA Commercial Multiengine Certificate with Instrument Rating
Possess at least a 2nd class medical
Minimum of 250 hours total time preferred
A&P Certificate preferred
High school diploma required, with relevant college degree preferred
