Thank you to everyone who came out to Walgreens on Wards Road this Saturday for National HIV Testing Day! We're grateful to the CHAP partners who joined us - Horizon Behavioral Health, Community Access Network, LifeNet Health, Central Virginia Counseling PLLC - for the day as we launched CHAP's new Wellness on Wheels program!

The CHAP and Horizon’s Wellness on Wheels program reduces health disparities and improves access to essential health services in underserved and high-risk communities. Through a fully equipped Mobile Clinic, the WOW program delivers preventive care, health education, and service linkages to individuals facing barriers such as transportation challenges, lack of insurance, and limited access to healthcare providers.

If you're interested in booking a WOW program visit in your neighborhood, church, community center, or event, please send us a private message on Facebook. We are looking forward to spreading the WOW program's good work throughout Central Virginia!
