Memorial Day is a day to honor the men and women who have valiantly served in the military and died during service. Today, we remember all the men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. We remember and pray for their families who have lost servicemen and servicewomen. All gave some, some gave all. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Journaling helps us process our experiences and supports learning and memory. Here are some journal prompts to try this month! 📝

Mental Health Month is a reminder that we all experience mental health differently. Some seasons require more support than others, and that’s completely ok! What we walk through can often equip us to support someone else on their journey. That’s the power of prayerful and intentional community. 🧠💚
