This semester, I’m honored to teach the Sport Leadership Capstone in the Master of Arts in Coaching & Sport Leadership (MACSL) program at Randolph College Master of Arts in Coaching & Sport Leadership

The Capstone is where graduate students bring together:

…and turn learning into applied leadership they can carry into coaching careers or doctoral programs.

Because coaching has always been bigger than the ball.

Each year, the MACSL program sponsors a local family for the holiday season. This year, we were able to provide gifts for 3 Lynchburg children. Some end of session snow days changed our scheduled wrapping party but we had several in-person members of the cohort be able to stick around and get the presents ready for delivery. We love this tradition!
