HANC Driver Education HANC Driver Ed. is the largest High School Driver ed program in New York State. Our school is located at 215 Oak Street, Uniondale, NY 11553. The program is open to all public and private school students.

Five hour pre-licensing classes are held every Thursday @ 5pm on Zoom. If you have a valid learner permit and would like to register please private message, email [email protected] or call 516-599-4770.
Five hour pre-licensing classes are now approved by N.Y. State to be conducted on Zoom. Our next class is Thursday, August 13th at 5 PM. The fee is $50. All applicants must register in advance.

We are cleared to begin one on one classes at this time. All safety precautions will be followed. All students and teachers will be expected to wear masks and gloves. The DMV reopened yesterday, by appointment,only. High School Driver Ed programs are still not cleared to resume classes. Five hour and defensive driving courses are considered phase 4 and will need to wait until then to start up again.
