📣Event Expectations
Crenshaw County Schools are proud of the tremendous support our students, student-athletes, coaches, directors, and schools receive from our families and community. Our athletic and extracurricular events provide opportunities for our students to showcase their talents, build relationships, and represent their schools and our community with pride.
The safety and well-being of our students, staff, visiting teams, guests and spectators remain our highest priority. We want every person who attends a Crenshaw County Schools event to enjoy a positive, welcoming, and respectful experience.
To help us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, we have the following expectations for all Crenshaw County Schools athletic and extracurricular events:
📣Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the event. Students under 16 may not attend or remain at school-sponsored athletic or extracurricular events without adult supervision.
📣No passes out. Once attendees enter the event area, they may not leave and return.
Spectators must remain off the court, field, or stage during all events unless specifically authorized.
📣Congregating in walkways, concession areas, or other common areas is prohibited. These areas must remain clear to allow safe and efficient movement.
📣Loitering on campus outside the event area is prohibited. Students and spectators should remain in designated event areas and with their families or supervising adults.
We ask parents and guardians to review these expectations with their children before attending school events. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can participate in and enjoy events in a safe, orderly, and respectful environment.
