In my family competitions are a big thing but my rewards come in different ways. My goal is to get them to kindergarten but my love for them doesn't end there. It's that wink in the middle school hall so I dont embarrass them and I get that smile and wink back. The wink means I love u. The times I get to watch them in sports and think I helped make them who they are so proud of them. When I see their successes and achievements on facebook. As providers we are here in good times and bad. We providers love these notes and huges and winks over a award to bring in number. This is our career not a job and our memories last a lifetime.🥰Thank you for picking me with the blessing of caring for your children and I love you and will miss you.

I love this women. I watched her growing up and believe in so many of her practices with children. Her love for children I see with in myself and found her to be a role model for myself in the years of working with children.

As part of our daycare's tradition, a pizza party was held on the last day of school, which was further elevated by the inclusion of the bouncy house taken out of storage. The timely intervention by Pizza Ranch saved the day when the electricity went out at lunchtime.🍕🥳

As a wife and mother, I balance my responsibilities by taking time off from daycare to meet my family's needs. I also acknowledge that daycare closures can be inconvenient for parents, so I do not charge them when this occurs.
