Every parent worries about the safety of their child. Teens and adults face situations today
that didn’t exist a generation ago—online lures, abductions, exploitation, trafficking, threats,
and random acts of violence are on the rise. This two-day conference gives individuals and
families the tools to not just react, but to proactively prevent danger.

You’ll learn from two of the most respected and sought after search and rescue and self-
defense experts in the field. Learn directly from the nationally recognized missing child
recovery expert who has spent decades training rescue teams that have successfully
located and brought home abducted and exploited kids across the country. He will share
the same life-saving strategies and real-world insights that law enforcement and
professional search teams use.

Alongside him, you’ll train with a K9 search and recovery expert, black belt and self-
defense expert, and retired decorated law enforcement and Swat Team Leader who
understands both the mindset of predators and the skills needed to stay safe. His instruction
in situational awareness and self-defense will expose individuals, parents, and teens to ways
to recognize threats before they escalate and respond effectively when seconds matter.

This is not theory: This is practical, hands-on training designed to:
• Equip parents with the confidence and tools to protect their children in everyday life.
• Empower adults and teens with awareness, boundaries, and self-defense skills that
make them far less likely to become victims.
• Strengthen families with shared strategies and a united approach to safety.
At the end of these two days, you won’t just walk away informed—you’ll walk
away PREPARED!

Hello Akitsu families and friends!
We have been working diligently on the dojo’s new schedule. I’m happy to say, it’s finally ready to share with you all! It will take affect August 11th and we are enrolling new and existing students now. We will have a combined class on Tuesdays and Thursdays in hopes it helps some of you with tight family schedules and extending our existing Novice and Advanced classes back to an hour.
We are also adding new programs! Pre-Karate is for ages 4-6 and the adults’ class is for 18 and up only. The Combined classes are for anyone who wants to add more classes to their schedule, cannot participate on Mondays or Wednesdays, or need make up days. There will be 2 free trial classes offered for new programs to new and existing students.
