We know that’s a question some women have, and we want to share the heart behind the price.
Operation Train Up A Woman isn’t a typical conference where you simply sit and listen. It’s a training and discipleship experience designed to equip women to grow deeper in their walk with Jesus and step confidently into their calling.
Your registration helps provide:
✨ 7 specialized workshops where women can focus on areas they want to grow in.
✨ Over 20 small groups for prayer, discussion, and discipleship.
✨ The space and resources needed for a highly interactive learning environment.
✨ A weekend intentionally designed for transformation, not just information.
And something else to consider: We are a small ministry. We aren’t backed by large sponsors, corporations, or outside funding. we prayerfully trust God to provide as we create a place where women can encounter Jesus, be equipped, and be sent out to impact their families, churches, communities, and the world.
OTUAW isn’t simply a conference ticket—it’s an investment in training, discipleship, and Kingdom impact.
The value of this weekend isn’t measured by what happens during the conference, but by the eternal fruit that continues long after it’s over. ❤️

✨ They weren’t ready for it to end! ✨
This group was originally supposed to wrap up in March… but they loved it so much they kept going all the way through May! 🩵
What started as an equipping group became a place for friendship, encouragement, growth, and doing life together. This group was full of laughter, meaningful conversations, and so much fun along the way!
And can we talk about this sweet little guy? 🥹 He spent his evenings in childcare while mom was able to invest in her walk with the Lord and build community. One of our favorite things about Equipping Groups at The Well House is that childcare is available, making it easier for moms to join in too! ✨

Where are you hearing “you can’t”?
The enemy loves to whisper lies that tell us we’re not enough, not capable, or too far gone. But God speaks a different truth.
Because of what Jesus has done, and what God can do through us, we don’t have to believe the lies. We can replace them with truth, lean into God’s Word, and say, “Not today, Satan.”
The more we know God’s voice, the easier it becomes to discern truth from lies. 🤍
