I pulled up a chair with Chief Ministry Officer Jerry Nelson (ACSI) and talked all things systems leadership in schools.

Systems in education can either burn teachers out or support them so it's important that we listen to our teachers to better understand what kind of impact those systems are having.

We also talk about the gift of failure and how failure can be used to set up success.

Anyone who has been in the classroom can tell you that for some odd reason February is always a tough month.
