Back to the regular routine! 🥋🔥

With all the kids back in school, everyone is back on their normal schedules — and everyone came ready to work. 💪🙌

We love seeing the gym full of familiar faces and good energy. What a great way to get back into the swing of things!

We spent the night working on opening the guard, getting lots of good reps and helping each other get better. Great training, great people, and a great way to kick off the week. 💪

What an awesome day for our team at the tournament yesterday! 🥋🔥
We had several students step onto the competition mats — including a few competing for the very first time — and we couldn’t be more proud of how they performed. They showed incredible jiu-jitsu, courage, and heart out there. 💪
Competition is never easy, and it takes a lot to step outside your comfort zone and test yourself. Seeing our students trust their training, stay composed, and give their best effort is what makes us the most proud.
A huge thank you to our parents, teammates, and everyone who came out to support. We’re lucky to have such an amazing team behind us.
Now it’s back to the mats to keep learning and growing! 👊🔥

Kids class was full of energy yesterday! 🥋🔥

We had a blast working on grip fighting, getting those reps in, and getting ready for this weekend’s tournament. The energy, effort, and attitudes these kids bring to the mats every single class is what makes our team so special. 💪

We want to congratulate all of our kids who stepped out there and competed this weekend. Win or lose, we are incredibly proud of each and every one of them.

Moments like this are about more than medals. They’re about growth, confidence, and learning to rise to the challenge. That’s exactly what our team did this weekend.

To finish off an amazing day, we continued our Jiu-Jitsu at the beach and had an awesome day together as a team and family. 🌊☀️
