Barbie, one of our amazing lesson horses was adopted by an amazing volunteer! Lizzie congratulations on your adoption of Barbie.

Barbie came in a little over a year ago a little underweight and under muscled. Fast forward to now, she is healthy and found the perfect person for her!

This is the type of happy ending we love to see!

Welcome Cheyenne & Wrangler! 🐴❤️

Please help us welcome Cheyenne and Wrangler into our rescue family!

🎨 Cheyenne is a 20-year-old American Paint mare with a very gentle, mild temperament. She is currently in need of gaining some much-needed weight and will be getting the TLC she deserves.

🤍 Wrangler is a 23-year-old gray gelding, and we are almost positive he is dealing with a significant case of Cushing’s. Just look at that hair! 😳 His condition will need to be evaluated and managed as part of his rehabilitation.

These two sweet seniors came to us from a program that could no longer afford to care for them. We are so glad they reached out to us! We are committed to giving them the love, care, and second chance they deserve. ❤️

Our first step in their rehabilitation is getting both horses in front of a veterinarian for full evaluations and to develop a proper care plan.

🙏 We are asking for your help! If you are able to assist with their rehabilitation, donations will help cover their veterinary care, medications, nutritional needs, and the ongoing TLC they will need as they begin their journey back to health.

Every donation, no matter the amount, makes a difference. If you can't donate, sharing this post is also a huge help!

Wondering what clinics we're offering after our Trail of Hope Trail Competition? We're excited to announce the first of two clinic offerings!! At 3 PM, Raymond Beechy with Sunset View Equine will be putting on an Intro to C**t Starting clinic.

Join us for the entire day or swing by to audit our clinics! We will have the indoor trail competition, outdoor trail access, food and drinks, silent auction, and more to do!

A HUMONGOUS thank you to Steve, Stephen, Kaitlin, and Faith for working on a big project Saturday - our construction team got started on a new stock that will help us safely provide vet and farrier care to horses that aren't quite ready to stand quietly on their own yet.

And another big thank you to Matt, who has logged approximately 239234897 hours behind the wheel of our Kubota this year - thank you so much for keeping our pastures well maintained!!!

A huge thank you to all the Girl Scouts that came out on Saturday!! We had such a great time, we forgot to take many pictures 🙈

We LOVE having the Girl Scouts out to learn basic horsemanship like haltering and leading, grooming, and even the basics of riding!!
