What has happened to the martial arts lately? If you make it too hard they quit. Everybody seems to want a black belt in 15 minutes. Very few schools remain in the traditions. Many former black belts think they’re still in the game, but they probably don’t even remember how to throw a kick properly. What has happened to the martial art arts?

Summer is just around the corner. Good time to get back to basics. Start some summer training at the Shido school of self-defense.
Tuesday and Thursday under 13 years old 5:30 to 6:30 and adult class 6:30 till 8 pm.

Where are all the students the martial arts nowadays have become a daycare center, but it has happened to real martial arts. No one seems to want to put in the work. I’m troubled by that. What do you think?
