Just wondering what the hell is so damn important that parents and their kids are parked far up and down along HG Trueman Road and walking along the busy roadway to go to Dowell E.S.? Whatever it is, risking your life isn't worth it. Go to school tomorrow on the first day and meet your teacher then. Or maybe they had a thing called "meet your desk". Past generations never had to deal with this nonsense. Kids today are weak.

Just adding a generic pic of DES just cuz FB algorithms say posts do better when there's a pic in the post. Mount Lusby knows things.

Kudos to the older man dressed in a hi-vis lime green vest and hat picking up roadside trash recently. He was spotted in Solomons and also near the traffic circle by Mill Creek Middle. People who litter are trash.

Authorities are investigating after a person was found dead Tuesday afternoon in a wooded area behind a business along H.G. Trueman Road in Lusby.

Since Mount Lusby (despite being a beautiful small mountain) does have eyes and see things, wonders about the one armed man that has been around lately. He's sometimes panhandling near the Post Office. Just wondering what his story is. Well he made the local crime radar yesterday.
