May 7 from 5-8pm…get some cool treats and support PAC PTO!

Patuxent-Appeal Elementary School is having a fundraiser at BRRRR on Tuesday May 7th from 5-8. Mention their name and 10% of the proceeds will go straight to them! Whats better than supporting our local schools and enjoying ice cream at the same time!

Happy Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week! We are so incredibly thankful to all the wonderful teachers and staff that go into shaping all of those at PAC! The PTO kicked today off with coffee, donuts, muffins, and more! Looking forward to a great week!!

Good morning, PAC PTO has the following positions opening for the 2024-2025 school year. If you are interested in hearing more about a position or putting your name down as a candidate, please email us at [email protected]

President. The president serves as the leader and key contact for the PTO; presides at and facilitates all PTO meetings; coordinates the work of the officers and committees so that the PTO’s objectives can be met.

Vice President. The vice president acts as an aide to the president; performs the duties alongside the president; assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Board.

Secretary. The secretary takes all meeting minutes at both executive board and general meetings; maintains a binder with hard copies of all minutes; has a copy of the current bylaws.

Membership Coordinator. The membership coordinator will bring in and coordinator new memberships for PAC PTO; maintain a binder and hard copy of all membership paperwork; maintain an up-to-date list of all active PTO members; coordinate opportunities to hold membership drives at school events; set-up a table at school functions and/or PTO functions to discuss the PTO and seek out new memberships.

PAC PTO surprised teachers and staff at both PAC campuses with coffee, donuts and other treats to celebrate a great first week of 2024.
