Reminder for this week’s Open House nights! Help stock our school with essentials. 💙 (Underwear is for the nurses office so pre-K to grade 5 youth sizes is what we’re looking for.)

+ if you don’t feel like scanning your recent grocery receipts (from the last week) into the Box Tops app, drop them off at our table and a PAWS team member will lend a hand and scan them in! 🐾 We’re also happy to give you more information on Box Tops and how you can grab download the app, grab our referral code and participate with local stores to help us maximize our earnings. (we love free money for things we are already doing, like grocery shopping!)

Psssssst…. 📣 DES FAMILY REMINDER: ANNUAL STUDENT UPDATE due September 22! 🐾 …. that’s Tuesday (this week)!

On behalf of the school, PAWS wants to help spread the word! If you haven’t completed your child’s Annual Student Update/Emergency Form in Home Access Center (HAC) yet, now is a great time to check it off your list. 💙💚

The update needs to be completed for each child who lives with you by THIS Tuesday, September 22. Only one guardian needs to complete the process.

It’s quick to find in HAC:

1. Log in to Home Access Center (HAC)
2. Select Registration
3. Select the Update Enrollment tab
4. Click “Start” next to Annual Student Update
5. Complete and submit the update for each student

This annual process replaces the emergency form along with several permission forms and acknowledgments required each school year.

💻 Go directly to Home Access Center: https://hac.calvertnet.k12.md.us/HomeAccess/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=%2fHomeAccess

Already completed yours? Thank you! ✅
