This October marks 20 years in our Lunenburg Public Library building, and we’re celebrating all month long with special events for the whole community.

The Blue Knights topped Fitchburg 35–18 last night, and the LMHS Marching Band kept the energy high!

Opening with the Star-Spangled Banner, firing up the crowd between plays, and making halftime showtime!

Sign-ups have begun for the 2023/2024 LHS Marching Band!

The Marching Band is open to all current 6th-11th graders and is a wonderful way for students to get involved in the music program. And, this year, we are excited to be working toward performing a full field show! All rehearsals take place outside of school hours and performances are typically on Friday nights and Saturdays. We hope many students will consider getting involved.

If any student is interested in playing an instrument or dancing and spinning a flag in the band, or wants to learn more about the opportunity, please have them see Mrs. Wardwell or Mr. Sheldon to pick up the necessary paperwork as soon as possible.
