Great day of working blending together offensive striking while defending strikes, then repping a good sequence of trap and roll from mount to guard pass to side control to armbar. Finished up the day with some good MMA rounds. Appreciate you guys coming through and putting in a quality session here in the hot box 🤙🥋🥊
