One of the most powerful ways we can show God's love to others is by being faithful to the gifts He's given us.

Jesus's entire earthly life was dedicated to showing others God's love through servitude. As His disciples, it's our duty to continue his mission using our giftings. Whether you are called to encourage, teach, administrate, evangelize or you're called to anything else, you have the opportunity to be the love of Christ.

Can what you eat actually affect how you feel? More than you might think.

Emotional Biochemistry is the study of how nutrients, hormones, and body chemistry work together to shape our mood and mental well-being — the physical side of emotional health that often gets overlooked.

There are a lot of misconceptions here. Some believe diet has nothing to do with mental health — but nutrition can genuinely play a large role, alongside therapy, community, and faith. Others believe a low mood is purely a willpower issue, when real physical factors can be at play too.

How much do you trust God?

Proverbs 3:5-6 says it plainly: trusting God means choosing His wisdom over our own understanding, even when we can’t see how everything will work out. That doesn’t mean life will be free from difficult circumstances, but it does mean we can have confidence that He is faithful to guide our steps.

When we surrender our plans and follow His direction, we can trust that He is leading us exactly where we need to go.
