Rise and Shine Day School Two locations in Lumberton. We care for infants as young as 7 weeks up to 12 years of age. Rise and Shine is a family owned and operated business.

We have several programs that we provide to help each child become well equipped with the foundational skills they need to be successful in school and life. We have infants from 6 weeks to children up to 12 years old.

We hoped to be able to open this morning, fully expecting the storm to have passed and our power to be restored. Unfortunately, neither is the case at this time. We will continue to keep everyone updated and hope to reopen as soon as power is restored. Make sure you’re on our REMIND to receive immediate updates. As much as we hate to close due to weather, the safety of everyone has to come first. Our policy is to follow the lead of Lumberton ISD regarding weather-related closures. With Lumberton and all surrounding districts making the decision to close, we feel it is in everyone’s best interest to follow our established policy and remain closed tomorrow as well. We know closures can be an inconvenience for our families, and we never make this decision lightly. Thank you for your understanding. Please stay safe, and we’ll see everyone Wednesday! ❤️

Our 3- 5 year olds had a trial Tot (Teams of Tomorrow) class today. Ask them about it!! Classes will begin on the first Thursday after Labor Day and continue weekly. 🏀
