Congratulations to one of my hardest Mirabelli trainee’s Louis Humel from Marlboro HS! Louis started training with me as a sophomore throwing only in 125-130 range. Yesterday he threw 179’ to win the CBA summer meet! He will be one to watch this coming year! So proud of you Louis!

Congratulations to Carmine Florio a Junior from Rumus HS who placed in the top 10 at the New Balance National Championships at UPENN! A Mirabelli Trainee for over a year Carmine excelled in the Javelin improving from 162'-196'-9". An outstanding student academically and scholastically he was one of the hardest working trainee's! Good luck Carmine on the football field and I look forward to this coming 2027 Track Season! Thanks to Mom and Dad and coaches for helping in this year's season!!

Congrats to my hard working Mirabelli trainee Anna Casciano for taking 4th place today at the New Balance HS Championships throwing a personal best of 44’11 1/4 “thank you Anna for letting me train you since 8th grade when started your journey at 33’!Good luck as you continue your academic and athletic future at Bucknell University! You’re officially an All-American!

Happy Birthday to my son Nickolas turning 26 today! I am incredibly proud of you son for all your remarkable accomplishments over the years! What a phenomenal year ahead of you, filled with marriage, a new journey to Pittsburgh, and pursuing your passion to become a nurse  anesthesiologist for the next 3 years! Mom and I know you will be successful every step of the way! Love you always!
