✨ Celebrating Our Staff, Building a Culture! ✨❤️

At ARAMARK, we believe a successful school year starts with a strong foundation and that foundation is our PEOPLE.

Building a great team is about more than getting the job done. It’s about creating a culture where we care for one another, recognize dedication, celebrate accomplishments, and put our ACES in places where they can grow, succeed, and lead. 🦅

This week, our Foodservice family had the privilege of celebrating two incredible ladies who have dedicated a combined 46 YEARS to K-12 Foodservice at Luling ISD.
✨ Alma Campos — 25 Years
✨ Sylvia Guerra — 21 Years

Alma and Sylvia are pillars of Luling ISD, and we are incredibly grateful for the knowledge, commitment, and heart they bring to our kitchens and students every day.

And in true Foodservice-family fashion, our team came together to make sure these ladies felt celebrated and appreciated! ❤️

That’s the culture we’re building—work hard, grow together, take care of one another, and ALWAYS show our people some love!

🏠 Find Your House. Find Your Family. 🦅

The excitement was REAL at Shanklin Elementary as our Pre K students and students new to Shanklin participated in our House Sorting Ceremony!

Students went down the slide, blindly selected their house, and were greeted with cheers from their new House Leaders and House Family! 🎉

The House System is about more than school spirit. It builds belonging, relationships, leadership, character, and a school culture where every student knows they matter.

Different houses. ONE Shanklin. ONE TEAM. ALL IN! 🦅

💚💛 ONE TEAM ALL IN | FIRST WEEK AT SHANKLIN! 💛💚

The first week of school at Shanklin Elementary was one for the books! 🙌🏾

From administrators grabbing mops and stepping in wherever needed, to teachers on deck making sure our students had a smooth and successful start, our team showed what it truly means to be ALL IN! 💪🏾

Of course, we can’t forget those popular school nachos! 🌮🧀 The kids enjoyed every cheesy bite, and some even wore a little of it home! 😂

These are the moments that bring One Team All In to life. No job too big. No task too small. Just a team committed to creating a school where students feel welcomed, supported, and ready to learn.

Thank you to our incredible staff for making today look easy, and to our Board of Trustees for pitching in this morning (and bringing the donuts 🍩 for everyone).

In the last week, the Luling Band has performed for three school events: High School Meet the Eagles, 6th Grade Orientation, and Luling ISD Convocation. We grateful to support our school community by bringing the pep!
