THANK YOU to everyone who donated toward our teacher appreciation lunch at Zea’s! We all received beautiful gifts and had a wonderful relaxing meal together! We want to give a special shout out to Mandy Middlebrook-Lovett for coordinating and organizing this for us!

This week we are celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week at Sonshine!
These ladies go above and beyond to love, nurture, and teach each and every student. They are always willing to step up and help each other. They make my job easy. I could not ask for a better group of people to work with. Thank you for all you do!

Week 31 - Student Appreciation Week
We had so much fun this week! We played with reptiles, had a fiesta, ran races at Field Day, went wacky tacky and saw real race cars! We also made Mother’s Day gifts and decorations for the closing program!

In Bible we learned about Heaven!

Off to the races! Mr. John (also known as Mrs. Teeny’s dad!) and Ms. Michelle brought their real race cars for us to see! Super cool! 🏁🏎️

Field Day! 🏅

We ran, jump, tossed, balanced, crawled, and cheered our friends at our annual Field Day. We ended the event with popsicles and bubbles.
