And then…we switched venues! 🚗💨🐴

Over at Stable View, Emma Hill & Santeria represented the farm at the T.I.P. Championships, competing alongside Thoroughbreds and riders from 18 states and Canada!

This sold-out show is always such a fun experience and an incredible opportunity to showcase Thoroughbreds and all they can accomplish in their second careers. ❤️

Emma and Sam tackled some complicated courses in the 3’ Schooling Jumper division, and since Jen has yet to invent a teleportation machine 😂, we were incredibly fortunate to have trainer Mandy Lynch step in to help them this weekend. Thank you, Mandy!!

Emma and Sam have put in the time and the work, and it SHOWED.

Saturday ➡️ 3rd & 5th
Sunday ➡️ They literally “turned” it up and earned a pair of 2nd places! 🔥

That put them in a tie for 2nd overall, ultimately finishing 3rd overall after the tiebreaker! 🥉

We could not be more proud of this entire group. Two venues, two championship shows, a whole lot of ribbons—and even more great riding. 💙

Huge thank you to everyone who supported our riders and came out to cheer them on. And a special thank you to Aunt Linda for hosting team dinner Saturday night! ❤️

As always, thank you to Highfields and Stable View for putting on such fantastic shows.

We’ll celebrate this one for a minute…and then it’s ON TO THE NEXT! 🏆🐴💙

🏆 These ladies came in with confidence, put a year’s worth of hard work to the test, and LEFT IT ALL IN THE RING! 💙🐴

What a day for Leaning Oak at The Farm at One Under Lane!

🥈 Emily & Sequential — 2nd in the Adult Hunters
Emily and Sequential laid it down in their final round, putting in a beautiful trip that moved them up to 2nd overall!

🏅 Callie & Never Ending Story — 4th in the Junior/Amateur division
Another strong finish for this pair after a year of hard work and continued growth!

🥉 Grace & Carlo-T — 3rd in the Adult Medal & 10th out of 17 in the Jump Seat
Grace and Carlo-T crushed the test in the Adult Medal, moving up two spots to finish 3rd!

Then they put it all out there in the jumping phase of the Jump Seat. After an equipment error on Saturday resulted in a disqualification of their gymnastics points, they came back determined and finished in the ribbons, 10th out of 17! 💪

These riders didn’t come here hoping to get lucky. They came in prepared and confident after working hard all year. They rode forward, trusted their horses, and left everything they had in the ring.

So proud of these ladies, their horses, and the work that got them here. 💙 Also huge shout out to our team photographer Emma Hill ! Thanks NCHJA for a great show!

🎥 The work before the ribbons. 🐴💙

A huge thank you to Reghan Lloyd for capturing this awesome footage of some of our riders gearing up to show this past weekend!

We love getting to see the moments behind the scenes—the preparation, the focus, the teamwork, and all the little pieces that come together before a rider ever steps into the show ring.

We’re especially proud of the hard work Jen and our riders put in together. Every lesson, every correction, every breakthrough, and every challenge is part of building stronger, more confident horse-and-rider teams.

The ribbons are fun, but this is where the real progress happens. 💙

So proud of this team and the work they continue to put in!

🎀🩷 TICKLED PINK at the Harmon Classics September Spectacular! 🩷🎀
What a weekend for The Farm at One Under Lane at TIEC! This Pink Show was full of FIRSTS — a first blue ribbon, a first-time partnership, first time showing at 3’, first time taking the 3’3” high options… and even our first barn TikTok! 😂💃🐴
We couldn’t be prouder of this group and the way they continue to step up, take on new challenges, and support one another. Big things are in store! 💗
🌷Callie Johnson & Never Ending Story
What a pair! Callie and Never Ending Story took on a HUGE field of more than 70 entries in the $2,500 Jump for Hope Derby and finished an incredible 4TH PLACE!
🌷Emily Lancaster & Sequential
Emily and Sequential made a smooth move up to the 3’ this weekend and looked right at home! A major highlight came Sunday when they made the Top 12 callback out of more than 30 entries in the SCHJA Derby! Such an exciting step forward for this pair!
🌷Emma Hill & Santeria
Another pair moving on UP! Emma and Santeria stepped into the 3’ jumper division and put in some of their smoothest rounds yet. Their progress paid off with their FIRST BLUE RIBBON together and RESERVE CHAMPION for the weekend!
🌷Grace Hill & Dark Hollow
With Carlo-T at home on the mend, Grace had a last-minute change of plans and caught the ride on Dark Hollow. The goal was to give Dark Hollow more show experience, and these two made the most of it! They tackled his first 2’9” classes, bringing home great ribbons in competitive company — including a 2nd on the flat in Adult Equitation! A pretty impressive first-time partnership!
So many milestones packed into one weekend. But more than the ribbons, we loved seeing our riders challenge themselves, support their teammates, and celebrate each other’s successes. 🩷
Huge thank you to our trainers, barn family, parents, and everyone behind the scenes who makes weekends like this possible. 💕

PSJ Summer Sizzler brought the heat this weekend, and our Leaning Oak Farm at One Under Lane team rose to the challenge! We are incredibly proud of the hard work, determination, and sportsmanship each rider and horse showed throughout the weekend.

🏆 Grace Hill & Carlo-T had a stellar show, earning Champion in both the Adult Equitation and the .80m Jumpers. These two continue to set the bar with their consistency and competitive spirit.

🏆 Emma Hill & Santeria put together a fantastic double clear weekend, earning Reserve Champion in the .80m Jumpers. Sam and Emma are becoming a force in the jumper ring.

🏆 Emily Lancaster & Sequential continued their successful season by earning Reserve Champion in the Adult Hunters both days. Their partnership just keeps getting stronger, and it shows every time they step into the ring.

🏆 Callie Johnson & Never Ending Story had another great weekend in the Junior Hunters, earning multiple Top 3 finishes and great ribbons in competitive classes. Their confidence and consistency continue to grow with every show.

🏆 Luke & Dark Hollow had an impressive weekend, earning Reserve Champion in the Pre-Adult Equitation while also bringing home great ribbons in the hunter divisions. We’re excited to watch this partnership continue to develop through the summer.

Weekends like these are a reflection of the dedication our riders put in at home and the incredible support from our families, barn community and trainers! Congratulations to everyone on a successful PSJ Summer Sizzler—we’re already looking forward to the next one! 💙🐴 photo credit to Emma, Luke, Grace and Tyler Graham photography team!
