What makes a team truly successful? And why do even great teams sometimes struggle to work together?

This fall, the Angelina College Nonprofit Leadership Center invites you to Read to Lead as we explore Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team—a leadership fable that takes a closer look at the challenges teams face and what it takes to build a stronger, more cohesive team.

Over the course of 7 weeks, nonprofit leaders will read, reflect, and discuss practical leadership lessons that can be applied both personally and professionally.

We had an incredible day of learning, connection, and meaningful conversations during our Youth Mental Health First Aid course! 💙
