Last week Northside AFT met with Representative Philip Cortez to discuss the potential upcoming special session and voucher bills attached to teacher pay. We made it very clear that no matter the language, we do not want vouchers and will not support any bills that contain voucher language. We are grateful for Representative Cortez’s continued support of public education and public educators!
