🇺🇸 Superheroes for Heroes! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️❤️🤍💙

On 9/11, our little superheroes dressed up to honor the real-life heroes—the brave first responders, service members, and everyday people whose courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

A special day of remembrance, gratitude, and teaching our children what it truly means to be a hero. 🇺🇸✨

🚛✨ Transportation Month continues at Kia Club

Last week, our students learned all about tow trucks, and they got a very special opportunity to see one up close and in action!

A HUGE Kia Club shout-out to our parent, Kale Simmons, and M P Towing & Recovery for taking the time to visit our preschoolers. 💙 Our students were able to explore the tow truck, learn what it is used for, and see firsthand how it operates!

We love bringing our classroom lessons to life, and we are especially thankful when our Kia Club families and local community help make these hands-on learning experiences possible. 🥰

Thank you, Kale and M P Towing & Recovery, for making this such a fun and memorable day for our preschoolers! 🚛❤️

🌊💡 SUPER SATURDAY — BE THE LIGHT! 💡🌊

What a wonderful day of learning, laughing, growing, and coming together as a TEAM! ❤️ Our lighthouse theme, “Be the Light,” was a reminder that each of us has the opportunity every day to be a light—to our children, our families, and especially to one another. We talked about teamwork, communication, giving grace, accountability, and remembering that even on the stormy days, our children are looking to us to help guide the way. ⚓️🩵

A HUGE thank you to Consuella L. Carter, Ed.S. with CC Educational Training Services, LLC, for two amazing trainings! 👏

🍎 “Nutrition: What Are You Feeding Me?” — focusing on healthy nutrition, its impact on children’s learning, behavior and development, and safe serving practices, including DECAL’s Chop, Look, Listen guidelines.

🎶🧠 “The Neuroscience Behind Using Music to Enhance Language Acquisition in Infants and Toddlers” — showing us how music, movement, and intentional teaching can strengthen brain development, spoken and receptive language, dual-language learning, and phonemic awareness.

We left encouraged, better equipped, and reminded of just how important the work we do truly is. Keep shining. Keep growing. Keep BEING THE LIGHT! 🗼✨❤️

🚛🗑️ Transportation Month Fun at Kia Club Preschool! 🗑️🚛

Our preschoolers are continuing their TRUCK theme, and today they learned all about garbage trucks! 💚

They used their creativity and fine-motor skills to design their very own garbage trucks—and they were so proud of their finished creations! ✂️🖍️🚚

Learning through hands-on play makes every lesson more fun! We love watching our little learners create, explore, and learn together. 💙

Our Preschool friends have been busy learning all about cars, buses, and traffic signs! They even put their creativity to work by building their very own buses and practicing what different road signs mean. 🛑🚸
