For the 4th week of camp we had spirit week! We started off the week with crazy hair day and twin day which the kids had so much fun with. Next we had Christmas in July where groups competed decorating their trees in order to win a pizza party for first place and a popsicle party for second place! Following this we had our annual talent show on Thursday with first, second, and third place winners and Friday was world cup day where again groups competed for a pizza party! This week was definitely crazy especially since our fifth/sixth graders also had another walking field trip, but it was so much fun watching the kids put in so much effort for their groups and everyone had a blast with the friendly competition! 🎤⚽️🍕🍦

The second and third week of camp flew by in a flash! The kids had so much fun participating in their daily activities, art being a favorite this year, doing fun camp games like water activities in the field, going on walking field trips, and of course awarding our campers of the week!

Happy first week of camp! The campers spent the week getting to know each-other in their groups and meeting their counselors for this year! The kids did very well adjusting to the environment and following rules, participating in activities such as games, sports, and art, swimming in the pool, and playing games in the field to close out the week on Friday with the whole camp. We are so excited for another amazing summer and thank you to everyone who made this first week so great! 🍉🕶️☀️⛱️

Applications for our Counselors and Junior counselors will be coming out this Monday, April 22nd!

Please ensure you fit all of the requirements before applying, any additional information can be given when picking up your application!

Also feel free to call (413)583-8856 for more information regarding what you will need to apply for these positions!

For Counselors, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications will need to completed with proof of certifications when handing in your application.
For Junior Counselors, we will need shot records as well as proof of a TB shot and the test results when handing in your application.

November was a great month full of fun crafts and activities practicing gratitude for Thanksgiving! The kids got the last of their outside time before it’s cut short from the cold weather and they loved playing with the leaves and making piles as they started to fall. We did a lot of group games this month including bingo, four corners (a favorite) as well as Indian chief and wood chips on the playground and good behavior led to lots of free play Fridays. We love watching the kids get excited for the holidays and getting longer days with them on half days and early releases make it so much better!

October was full of fun activities that definitely had our after school program getting into the spooky vibes! The kids loved decorating pumpkins, watching Halloween movies, and going trick or treating around the park as well as group activities, crafts, and free play on Fridays!

For the last day of camp we had Carnival Day 🎡🎟️
Thanks to Wild and Crazy Events, we had a bounce house, water slide, cotton candy, and a photo booth! The kids had a blast moving from different stations and also got glitter tattoos while singing and dancing to music! We hope the kids had an amazing summer full of laughter and memories and we can’t wait to see you all next year! Thank you to all the parents for your patience and cooperation and a huge thank you to our staff this year for all of their hard work! 🫶🏻
