Glenn Read Nursery Update and “RETIREMENT”

The Beginning: Glenn started propagating cuttings in 1970 when he was in the 10th grade. It took him a couple years to get plants ready to sale and this was the beginning of Glenn Read Nursery.

The Present: December 2025 was the goal set to close our wholesale nursery and retire. We have met our goal and it is time to shut the doors on this chapter of our lives. Some of you have purchased from the very beginning and have become dear friends to us. Thank you to all of our customers and to all the people we have met and done business with over the years. We appreciate you and wish you all the best. GOD bless!

Vicki Blue update:

The surgeon said the surgery was a success. Thank you. We can not thank you enough for all the prayers. They are appreciated more than words can describe.

Prayers Needed
I am asking for prayers for my sister Vicki Blue. Today makes 86 days that Vicki has gone through and has endured so much. She had surgery on March 18th and there were unknown surgery complications. The issue that has caused all her problems has been identified and she is scheduled to have surgery on Wednesday 12th to fix the problem that has been holding her recovery back. I am asking for prayers from each of you and as many people as possible to ask GOD to guide the surgeon and to help him have steady hands and the ability to do what needs to be done and to please be with Vicki that she can be strong and withstand the surgery. Please ask for everything to go smoothly without any complications….Please feel free to share this and ask everyone you can to please say a prayer for Vicki. Thank you all and GOD bless. 🙏 🙏 🙏

Vicki’s surgery went well today. Thank you all for your prayers. Tomorrow is another big day for her. Please pray all goes well. We need GOD to hear as many voices as possible.

There are not enough words to express how much you all have touched our family’s hearts and we want to thank each and everyone of you for the overwhelming support you all have shown our family and for all the prayers for my sister Vicki Blue. So many have reached out from all over the United States and are saying prayers for her. Please continue to pray for Vicki and ask our Awesome GOD to get her through this and to make her stronger every day and heal her body.
