Student Activities Board strives to bring the best local, college, and national entertainment and educational programs to Texas Tech University.
The Student Activities Board, SAB, is committed to hosting FREE STUDENT EVENTS that contribute to each student’s individual experience at Texas Tech University. SAB offers students, faculty, staff, and community members’ diverse programming in support of the educational missions of the University while providing students with leadership training and hands-on learning as they select, plan, implement, and evaluate programs. All programs are offered free or at a reduced cost to Texas Tech students.

🌸SAB Banquet- The Student Activities Board hosted the annual SAB Banquet, where members were treated to dinner and dessert followed by recognition of their hard work this year. SAB would not be SAB without our amazing members!

Why SAB Saturday- LEO
Leo Avila is majoring in Early Childhood Education and is in their senior year!
He has been in SAB since Freshman year, as a general member.
I have enjoyed working all over campus and getting to participate during Homecoming events and getting to be the SO Sing chair for 3 years! I’ve made many friends through SAB that will continue well beyond graduation!
Come get free food and an Arbor Day t-shirt at 11am! We also have games to play! While supplies last, free with TTU student ID!

Why SAB Saturday-Jaden
Jaden is a Junior majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
He’s been in SAB since Spring 2025. He started out as a general member, then transitioned into the Nightlife Coordinator.
It’s been really cool seeing everything that SAB does for the students, and it’s fun planning future events!
